Energy, Environmental & Telecommunications' Education

RCAA has been a leader in the field of energy and telecommunications education since the early 1980's. Most recently, we have expanded these efforts to include electric industry deregulation consumer education.

We are committed to providing information and education services for low to moderate income households on issues that are of importance and that impact their lives. We firmly believe in providing the information in a factual and unbiased manner so that clients can make their own informed decisions.

Staff provide information during the energy assistance and weatherization application process in a workshop setting and on a One-On-One basis.
