Free services offered to walk-in and telephone call clients include:

• Use of telephone
• Use of voice mail box for housing and job search
• Monthly signup for mailing address
• Information and referral for emergency services
• Free clothing closet
• "An ear to listen" and assist with immediate problem-solving
• Short-term needs assessment
• Advocacy and linkages to outside services
• Limited motel vouchers prioritized for families with children and for single women
