Property Management

RCAA owns and manages rental properties in Eureka, McKinleyville and Fortuna, which includes studios, one, two, and three bedroom units. Our funding association with HUD Home Investment Partnerships Program assists us in providing safe, drug-free, and affordable housing for low to moderate income individuals and families.

The income limits are generous, which encourages a diverse and economically healthy community.

Included in our rental inventory are units designed for wheelchair access. Where possible, tenants are encouraged to plant gardens and all tenants are invited to participate in the area Neighborhood Watch and Tenant Association meetings.
