RCAA operates housing rehabilitation programs funded by the California Department of Housing and Community Development in the City of Eureka. When programs are available, the City offers income-qualified homeowners (no owner/investors) within the city limits of Eureka access to up to $40K in deferred payment 3% loans to complete essential structural, mechanical (electrical, plumbing, heating) and related necessary repairs to their homes.
