ABOUT THE PROGRAM
RCAA operates housing rehabilitation programs funded by the California Department of Housing and Community Development for the County of Humboldt. When programs are available, the County offers income-qualified homeowners (no owner/investors) within the unincorporated areas of Humboldt County access to up to $40K in amortized or deferred payment at 2% 3% loans, dependent on program, to complete essential structural, mechanical (electrical, plumbing, heating) and related necessary repairs to their homes.
