RCAA owns and manages rental properties in Eureka, McKinleyville and Fortuna, which includes studios, one, two, and three bedroom units. Our funding association with HUD Home Investment Partnerships Program assists us in providing safe, drug-free, and affordable housing for low to moderate income individuals and families.

The income limits are generous, which encourages a diverse and economically healthy community.

Included in our rental inventory are units designed specifically for the physically and sensory impaired. Where possible, tenants are encouraged to plant gardens and all tenants are invited to participate in the area Neighborhood Watch and Tenant Association meetings.

All RCAA rental units are offered as affordable housing to individuals and families. A limited number of units are wheelchair acessable.

Pets are considered at specific properties only, and require an additional deposit. All pets must be spayed or neutered, in good health, and current with all shots. Dogs, where permitted, cannot weigh in excess of 25 pounds when fully mature.
