AmeriCorps CARE
Since 1994, AmeriCorps CARE has been the sole distributor of child care subsidies for members of the AmeriCorps national and community service programs throughout the United States and its contiguous territories. These subsidies are offered as a member benefit for those who meet specific eligibility requirements.

EDUCATIONAL AWARD
The education award is equivalent to $4,725 for a 1700 hour full-time term of service, or $2,363 for a 900 hour part-time term of service.
Members must meet all requirements of the service term, including attending scheduled service projects and member development opportunities throughout the year, in order to remain eligible for the post-service AmeriCorps educational award.
